Ted

Ted began as a rookie bartender at J.B. Percival Co. when bars and restaurants began to open back up in August of 2021.  The speakeasy atmosphere there and cocktail list impressed him immediately.  Partial to gin-based drinks, he prepares all cocktails true to the Prohibition era recipes and enjoys suggesting drinks to curious imbibers that they may not be familiar with.  Seeing first-time customers become ‘regulars’ is one of his favorite parts of his job.  In his spare time, he enjoys weight-lifting, playing poker, and playing guitar.
