Let’s open a cocktail lounge in Fairfield! In March we found the perfect space and signed a lease.

Billy  and an amazing team work tirelessly to transform a former acting studio into J.B. Percival Co.

January 10 - the same day we picked up the C.O. and hooked up our POS.

COVID-19 closed us the day before our first St. Patrick’s Day.

We reopened as J.B. Percival Provisions; offering to go cocktails, cocktail kits, wine, local eggs, honey, vegetables and (of course) hand sanitizer and masks.

Outside dining resumed in May on our new patio.

In June we reopened with social distancing, plexiglass and air purifiers.

In May all restrictions were lifted along with our spirits.

Billy O’Shea completed months of upgrades and improvements including new specialty and antique lighting, mouldings, wall colors, vintage items, bar stools and wall art.
